Microsoft and its employees have long recognized the importance of supporting our local communities. Each year, the company contributes tens of millions of dollars in cash and hundreds of millions of dollars in software to thousands of nonprofit organizations. As a part of Microsoft's commitment to communities around the world, the Microsoft Unlimited Potential (UP) program focuses on partnering with others to provide technology skills for underserved young people and adults through Community-Based Technology and Learning Centers (CTLCs) worldwide. As with all Microsoft locations, the Mid America District (Kansas, Missouri, and Tennessee) is committed to supporting nonprofit organizations within the community, and welcomes requests for support from eligible nonprofits.
