Microsoft and its employees have long recognized the importance of supporting our local communities. Each year, the company contributes millions of dollars in cash, software, and employee volunteer hours to nonprofit organizations. As a part of Microsoft's community investments around the world, the Microsoft Unlimited Potential (UP) program focuses on partnering with others to provide technology skills for underserved young people and adults through Community Technology Centers (CTCs).
