If you are enrolled in a Microsoft Business Solutions support plan, your electronic support requests have the same guaranteed response time as your telephone support incidents. Microsoft Knowledge Base: Access the same database used by our award-winning technical support team. Microsoft Knowledge Base contains thousands of technical tips, solutions to common problems, usability recommendations, and answers to frequently asked questions.

Assisted Support: Initiate online support requests directly to our support team for online responses to your technical support questions.

Go to Community and Events > Insights > Subscribe.

My Messages and My Account

CS Accounts

Access and update your account information any time in My Account. My Account provides you with access to your account information including your personal profile and company profile, product registration keys, and order and billing status as well as an overview of your service plan.

When your service plan is up for renewal, review your service plan information and renew online from the My Messages area found in the upper right corner of the CustomerSource home page.
