FRx Report Manager, the latest complement to Microsoft FRx and available in Microsoft FRx 6.7, can help you gather your organization's time sensitive financial information and deliver it together in a logical, cohesive manner—without spending a lot of time on this project.
To create a report book, step through the tasks in the following order. These steps will help you create a report book design template you can reuse to speed the creation of new report books.

Name the template (in this example, Quarterly Financial Reports) for easy identification later.
From here you can browse to your network or hard drive to choose from the various files, file types, and reports that contain information relevant to the book you would like to create.
Click on Insert File or Insert Report to view your Microsoft FRx financial reports, Microsoft Office documents, and other relevant information, select the items you need, and then add them with a click of your mouse to complete your report book.

You can apply individual properties to your report book, folders, and files.
Click on Properties to define the default reporting period; apply headers, footers, and page numbering; and select the report book publishing output types that work best for your organization.
Additionally, you can break reporting trees apart, allowing you to create separate, boardroom-quality report books customized to the needs of each individual user or group. Each presentation is consistent, well-designed, and relevant, enabling recipients to look at the greater financial picture or quickly identify documents of more immediate concern.
Security can be assigned at the book or folder level, so you can grant access to certain documents only to specific individual users or groups, controlling the consumption of sensitive financial information.

To generate your report book, select Generate. From there, you can review the entire presentation and make modifications, additions, and deletions as necessary. Alternatively, you can select Publish when generated, and you're done. Completed report books can be sent in an e-mail, posted to a network, or printed for postal distribution. This example shows a report book, sent via e-mail, as a Microsoft FRx Drilldown Viewer™ file.
Report Manager can save you and your organization time and effort by helping you automate your financial report book production, organize your company's financial information in a more logical, cohesive manner, and streamline the distribution and consumption of the information.
