Mitchells & Butlers wanted to deploy mobile devices that run service-enhancing apps to its staff at 1,600 establishments. Before doing so, it needed a way to remotely manage the devices. The company subscribed to Windows Intune, a PC and mobile device management
service solution, and will deploy its mobile devices throughout 2014. Using the devices and apps, it expects to improve customer service, increase site managers’ efficiency, and reduce costs.
