Finance Rotation Program
As part of Early Talent Development, The Finance Rotation Program is designed to attract and build future finance leaders. The program offers talented individuals the opportunity to build broad business knowledge over two years. The program consists of four six-month rotations that will build the analyst’s intellectual horsepower, drive for results, and self-awareness. First year rotations focus on foundational learning including risk assessment, business processes, and an understanding of Microsoft as a corporation. The analyst will build on these skills in year two, which focuses on exploratory learning, including advanced business modeling, analysis and influence, and decision support. This is a tremendous opportunity for new graduates to develop expertise in a range of different areas, including P&L management, analysis and application, identification and improvement of organizational risk, business strategy and decision support, and the analysis of various business drivers to achieve results.
This exceptional program provides the unique experience of working side by side with top finance leaders at a Fortune 100 company. Upon completion of the four rotations, the analyst will have accelerated their professional growth and developed a very strong network across the company.
Qualifications
| • | Currently pursuing, or completed within 12 months, a 4-year degree.
