Technical Evangelist Positions

Bring your enthusiasm for software–and your suitcase–to one of these leadership positions. You'll be the voice of Microsoft as you travel to developer, IT, education, or partner communities to deploy Microsoft products and inspire customer enthusiasm.

Technical Presenter

Through live seminars and other face-to-face presenting activities, you'll evangelize to targeted audiences on new and existing Microsoft technologies. Right now there isn't a more exciting place to be, as you'll be unveiling many new products. If you're a self-starter who likes a fast pace where you can drive your own success, this is the position for you.

Developer Evangelist

In this high-impact role, you'll drive customer enthusiasm and deployment of Microsoft productivity tools for education. You'll use your proficiency with code to address developers' issues and challenges with Microsoft technology. If you're self motivated, like to travel, and want to shine on a national stage, you couldn't begin your career in a better place.

Qualifications:
Pursuing a BA in Business, Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree
MCSE, MCT, or MOUS certification preferred
Presentation experience and Microsoft product and business knowledge desired

Inside Sales

Your analytical abilities, business acumen, and astute judgment will be tested to the max in this essential sales position. If you have inside sales experience—or want to gain some—and have excellent communications skills where you're comfortable speaking before an audience, we want to hear from you. In this role, you'll provide pre-sales technical support and evangelism to help customers and partners develop, deploy, and support solutions based on Microsoft technologies. You'll create plans to accomplish sales objectives, primarily achieved by calling established accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and working with field counterparts and business partners to grow our business. Qualifications:
Pursuing a BA or BS in Business, Communications or related field
Experience presenting to various audiences, including senior management, mid-management or technical employees
Proficiency in Microsoft® Office applications preferred
Practical sales experience preferred

Technology Specialist

Dive deep into Microsoft technologies as a trusted advisor to our Account Managers. You'll work with both business and technical decision makers in a pre-sales and sales capacity. Your ability to help nurture technical relationships with partners, product teams, solution specialists, Microsoft Consulting, and others will be critical. You'll also play a key role in moving customers up the Microsoft technology value chain. Core Microsoft technologies you'll evangelize will include: Microsoft® Active Directory™, Microsoft® Windows Server® 2003, Microsoft® Exchange Server, Microsoft® Systems Management Server, Microsoft® Operations Manager, Microsoft® Application Center, Windows® Terminal Services, Interoperability, Services for UNIX and Netware, Microsoft® Identity Integration Server, and Microsoft® Office SharePoint® Server. Qualifications:
Pursuing a BA, BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other related field
Microsoft product certification or MCSE is preferred
Technical pre-sales experience preferred

Account Manager

In your role as Account Manager, you'll deliver world-class customer service and drive revenue growth for MSN®. You'll grow your customer service skills as you work closely with your colleagues in Sales to build solid customer relationships and grow key accounts by identifying additional revenue-generating opportunities. You'll also act as point person for customer questions and concerns, working with an exciting team that's focused on results, collaborates to solve problems, and is committed to developing your abilities.

Qualifications:
Pursuing a BA, BS or MS
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service oriented skills desired
Practical sales experience preferred

Microsoft Academy of College Hires (MACH)

This accelerated career development program is designed to help us recruit, hire, and develop top talent from around the world and cultivate them as passionate and innovative contributors to our various sales and marketing teams. As a participant, you’ll be hired into a full-time position in an area that suits your qualifications and interests. You’ll receive MACH training and mentoring to help you realize your full potential. The MACH program is global in scale and encompasses all of our regions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific (APAC), the Americas, Greater China, and Japan. The program provides:
