Associate Consultant

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll implement, develop, and architect effective solutions while working directly with customers. You’ll use your software expertise to help ensure that our customers get greater business value from our world-class technology. You’ll also grow your own expertise in platform and industry solutions and strategic technology consulting. Qualifications:
Pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering or related field
1-2 years experience with VB, C/C++/C#, ActiveX, COD/DCOM and/or XML development skills preferred
Business background in Fortune 500 companies and/or experience with a systems technology consulting firm preferred

Technical Account Manager

If you’re passionate about technology, learn fast, and love to share what you know with others, this is a great opportunity to grow your technical abilities and build your career. As the Technical Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to advocate for a specific customer account. Your top-notch spoken, written, customer service, and technical troubleshooting skills will be essential as you solve problems in a timely fashion. You’ll engage appropriate resources to handle and escalate technical issues to the appropriate levels. This position is located in our regional campuses in Redmond, WA; Dallas (Las Colinas), TX; Charlotte, NC; and Fargo, ND. Qualifications:

Pursuing a BA, BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related field
Microsoft Product Certification, MCSE, or other technical certifications preferred

Customer Service and Support

In these rewarding positions, you’ll be on the front lines of our customer support efforts. You’ll analyze technical software problems and develop solutions for a broad range of customers from small development shops and independent software vendors to Fortune 500 companies. Using your technical expertise and proficiency with code, you’ll take on critical situations in technically challenging circumstances. Your willingness to travel on short notice will be essential. Qualifications:

Pursing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
1-2 years experience with VB, C/C++/C#, ActiveX, COD/DCOM and/or XML development skills preferred
Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service oriented skills desired

Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager part of your responsibility will be to serve as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Product Group, Product Release, Operations Account Managers, Vendor Account Managers, Finance, and External Vendors in determining final sell-in forecasts, optimizing manufacturing production schedules, and managing finished goods inventory levels for North America full-packaged product, including PC and Xbox software. At times, this position may also have touch-points with the Programs and Licensing business streams. This position is critical in ensuring product availability while optimizing the delicate balance between fill rate, production costs, and inventory through effective collaboration and supply chain planning processes.
Qualifications:

Pursuing a BS/BA in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and/or other related degree. Operations or Supply Chain background preferred
Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment, and decision making skills
Strong communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills in a team environment.
1-2 years experience within Operations and/or a retail background preferred
Working knowledge of Excel and Access is preferred
Familiarity with supply chain management concepts including the VICS-CPFR (Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment) model, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems

Microsoft Academy of College Hires (MACH)

This accelerated career development program is designed to help us recruit, hire, and develop top talent from around the world and cultivate them as passionate and innovative contributors to our various sales and marketing teams. As a participant, you’ll be hired into a full-time position in an area that suits your qualifications and interests. You’ll receive MACH training and mentoring to help you realize your full potential. The MACH program is global in scale and encompasses all of our regions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific (APAC), the Americas, Greater China, and Japan. The program provides structured academy training in year one.
