Overview

The MSXML 3 SDK includes documentation for server-safe HTTP access, XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations)/XPath (XML Path Language), and SAX2 (Simple API for XML).

System Requirements

Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000; Windows 98; Windows ME; Windows Server 2003; Windows XP

To install the MSXML SDK, you must have the Microsoft Windows® Installer on your computer. If you are running Windows 98, Windows ME or Windows 2000 (RTM, SP1 or SP2) you must first update your Windows Installer to version 2.0. If you are running Windows 2000 SP3 or higher, Windows XP or Windows Server 2003, you already have this and there is no need to reinstall.
Download Windows Installer 2.0 Redistributable for Windows 2000 or Windows Installer 2.0 Redistributable for Windows 98, and windows Millennium Edition.

When you install the MSXML 3.0 SDK, the files are installed by default in the \Program Files\Microsoft XML Parser SDK folder on your computer.
