Instructions
- Click the SP4 Support Tools link at the top of the page, under Download.
- From the File Download dialog box, click Save this program to disk, and then click OK.
- Navigate to the file location and double-click SP4SupportTools.exe
. - The Windows 2000 Support Tools Setup Wizard will open. Click Next.
- On the EULA screen, click I agree and Next.Enter your name and organization, and click Next.
- Select Typical or Custom installation, and click Next.
- If you chose the Typical installation method, click Next again to install the tools in a default directory (Note: By default, the support tools are installed on C:\Program Files\Support Tools).
- If you chose the Custom installation method, choose components and change the installation directory, if necessary. Click Next.
- Click Next to begin the installation.
- After the installation, click Finish to exit the wizard.
