Overview

Microsoft has released a patch to resolve the following issue: When running applications that use 3D AGP functions on a Windows 2000 system with a VIA AGP video chipset, the video display may freeze. This is caused by an incompatibility between the Microsoft AGP driver implementation and VIA's implementation on their chipset. This fix adds driver support for the VIA AGP chipset.
