Hotel Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Any cancellations (to be received either in writing or via the online system) will be accepted until 1 November 2008. After this date a two night penalty (or one night penalty for a one night stay) will be charged. No shows will be charged equal to the total duration of stay. In case of early departure, the total number of nights reserved will be charged.

In the event of a cancellation before 1 November 2008, refunds will be made but will be subject to a € 40 administration fee.
