Convergence 2008 Copenhagen Event Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All cancellations must be received online by going to Returning Services or by e-mail to convergence@delegate.com by the dates listed below.

• Event Registration: A full refund minus a €125 + 25% VAT administration fee will be issued when a cancellation is received by 11:59 p.m. GMT on 04 November 2008. Refunds will not be issued after 11:59 p.m. GMT on 04 November 2008.
  
  
• Passes Purchased by Partners: If you are using an Invitation Code provided by your Microsoft Partner to receive a complimentary registration, and the individual who purchased your pass cancels his/her registration record, you will be held responsible for the cost of this pass. You will be required to pay for the pass at the active registration fee at the time your registration record was created.
  
  
• Substitutions: To request a substitution, you must contact the Microsoft Convergence Registration Office at convergence@delegate.com or +44 1252 771180. You can also send substitution requests to Microsoft Conferences, PO BOX 157, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 3FY, United Kingdom. Original registrants should not cancel their registration prior to contacting the Registration Office.
  
  
• In the event that Convergence 2008 Copenhagen is cancelled by Microsoft, registrants will be reimbursed for their registration fees only.
  
  
• The registrant is responsible for cancelling or changing hotel and travel reservations.
