Student Attendance Form
Updated: April 6, 2004
Have you ever found the process of taking daily attendance a tedious and time-consuming one?
By using Microsoft® Outlook® and Microsoft Access, you'll now find taking daily attendance easy and only a few clicks away.
Here's how it works. First, import your students' names and identification numbers into a simple, centralized Microsoft Access database, and then use the sample Outlook form on this page to indicate whether a student is absent or present. When you use the form, you automatically record the data directly in the database.
Tip: You can further customize the form to tie it into existing systems or use the Total Attendance Form available in Outlook.
