This Microsoft® Outlook® School Lunch Count Form helps you record lunch-count information for a homeroom, and then quickly pass it to the food service staff.

The sample form summarizes count information stored in a Microsoft Access database. You can customize your school's Exchange and Outlook forms to add individual students' meal selections into your form. Visit the Microsoft Partners Web site for further help with form customization.

Outlook 97, Outlook 98 or Outlook 2000 (for Windows)
Access 97 or Access 2000
Exchange 5.5 or later
Exchange Server administrator permissions (for installation only)

Installation Instructions

1.

Click Download Education Forms, and then save the form to your hard disk.

2.

To start the setup, double-click the LunchCount.exe program file on your hard disk.

3.

Follow the instructions to start the installation.

Note Additional installation and configuration instructions are available at the end of the LunchCount.exe installation. Follow those instructions to complete your installation.

Note If you must install the Routing Wizard and you do not have the Exchange Service Pack 3 CD, visit the following Microsoft website to download the service pack:
