Familiarize yourself with the Outlook user interface by reviewing the illustration of the Inbox view and its labels.

Using Outlook
Work with others both on campus and in the field by using the collaborative features of Outlook 2002 and Exchange 2000. Learn to manage resources, call weekly status meetings, and host regular online discussions.

Using public folders
Use permissions to allow only selected users to gain access to Public Folders.

Using a public folder contact list
Manage group activities by coordinating group communications, scheduling meetings between group members, and storing information about individual team members in a central location.

Using group scheduling
