Do your computers or other equipment require repair?
If so, why not use a Microsoft® Outlook® form to easily request technical repair services in your organization?
By using this sample form, you'll have a complete record of your repairs that you can easily store in an Outlook or Exchange public folder. Additionally, the form can be distributed through e-mail which makes others' jobs easier.
Requirements
Outlook 97, Outlook 98 or Outlook 2000 (for Windows)
Access 97 or Access 2000
Exchange 5.5 or later
Exchange Server administrator permissions (for installation only)
Installation Instructions
1. | To start the setup, double-click the TechRepair.exe program file on your hard disk. |
2. | Follow the instructions to start the installation. |
Note Additional installation and configuration instructions are available at the end of the TechRepair.exe installation. Follow those instructions to complete your installation.
