Technical Repair Request Form
Updated: April 6, 2004
How This Form Was Built
The Technical Repair Request form was built using the Outlook Form Designer. The Designer enables you to create new forms by modifying existing forms. The Technical Repair Request form started as a standard message form.
This form contains standard Outlook fields and custom fields created specifically for this form. These fields store information entered into the form controls by the user. In addition to the standard elements available in the Outlook Form Designer, this form contains custom Visual Basic Script functions that connect the values in the drop-down combo boxes to the Access database. Custom scripts enhance the functionality of forms by executing more complex actions.
