When Animals Talk
Updated: January 28, 2004
Students learn about animals found in the Everglades, from online research tools and videoconferencing with wildlife researchers. They then present their findings using PowerPoint slides.
“The project partners have been involved in several exemplary local and regional initiatives that provide models for technology integration for pre-service and in-service teachers, as well as faculty in colleges and universities throughout the southeast United States. This project offers a model of how to integrate online research and multimedia presentations, and how to use videoconferencing for teaching and learning.”
