Hi, this is Ashish Mishra, been here with MSIDC for the last 3 years. I can’t even believe that 3 years have passed since I have joined this great organization. The major motivation for me is that I find my creative streak fostered and knowledge growing each and every day. The technology and the support framework through managers and mentors give me a feeling of a “new-day every-day” that allows me to wake up every weekday and think with a smile “I’ll be in office soon”. There are no black Mondays here in Microsoft. As a part of the Virtualization team I get the exhilaration of walking the fine line between hardware/software that enhances my understanding of technologies as low level as processor design to as high as device Virtualization. If you have the motivation and dedication to be the best amongst the best, this is the place to be.
