| Microsoft Executive Sumit (MES)
is the most important event for Microsoft India. It has evolved
into a ‘cutting-edge technology show’ for senior
decision makers, both technical and business, from some of the

1st - Microsoft
Executive Summit,
May 21st –24th, 1998 - Goa
The first ever Microsoft Executive Summit was held in
1998 in Goa. The program was well received by the attendees
and the overall response was extremely encouraging. This
establishment of primary success ensured the institutionalization
of the Summit as Microsoft’s premier-enterprise-interface-brand.
The prime thrust for the first Microsoft Executive Summit
in terms of the theme was – Digital Nervous
System |

2nd - Microsoft
Executive Summit,
April 15th – 18th, 1999 - Jaipur
The theme for the second year was an extension of the
D_N_S concept but at the same instance steered towards
communicating the core elements of Business @ Speed of
Thought. This program was addressed “thriving in
a wired economy”. The achievement of satisfaction
at the culmination of the program and the measure of success
thereafter had been creatively planned from the stage
of the first interaction with the target enterprise-customers. |

3rd - Microsoft
Executive Summit,
November 2nd – 4th, 2000 - Goa
The third Microsoft Executive Summit and the first of
the millennium saw a revisit to Goa as a venue. This was
a very crucial summit as its prime objective was to effectively
share Microsoft’s .NET philosophy and vision and
the plans therein.
With .NET being the prime area of thrust for the third
summit, there were also ample hands on demonstration of
.NET technologies through the .NET lab. |

December 16th – 18th, 2001 - Cochin
The fourth Microsoft Executive Summit was held in 2001
in Cochin. The program was attended by more than 250 enterprise
customers from across the country.
A successful organization is an organism that thrives
on change. It creates newer products and services, shares
customer's vision and evolves with changing times. In
other words it's an agile organization that strives towards
excellence by creating, sharing and evolving. And that's
why the theme of MES 2001 was - Experience Agility. |

5th - Microsoft
Executive Summit,
April 2003 - Goa
We experimented with more business content and left most
of the ‘technical gyan’ to the Enterprise
Solutions Café, the Breakouts and the Industry
Solutions Showcase. From the feedback we have, it was
a fairly successful experiment and we got top scores for
our content architecture and flow. |
