Leadership Team Ariella Shina HR Country Manager Ariella leads all HR activities for Microsoft in Israel. Ariella has over 16 years of experience in senior HR management positions with various hi-tech companies. Before joining Microsoft in 2008, Ariella served as the Country HR Director for Texas Instruments Israel. Prior to that she served as the HR VP for Alcatel Israel, as HRBP in Tadiran Telecom and as an Organizational consultant at the National Institute of productivity. Ariella holds a B.A. in Behavioral Science from the Ben-Gurion University and studied the full MBA program in Organizational Behavior at Tel-Aviv University.   Back to Leadership Team
