Leadership Team Nicky Hechter Group FG&A Manager Nicky leads operations and finance for all Israel R&D sites, and in addition is the EMEA R&D finance manager. Nicky has over 10 years of experience in senior financial management positions with various hi-tech companies. Before joining Microsoft in 2006, Nicky served as the CFO of superDimension, a leading medical device startup company. Prior to that he served as the Corporate Controller of Interwise, an e-communications platform provider, and as a Divisional Finance Manager at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX), a leading telecom and CRM software provider. Nicky holds a BA in business from the College of Management in Tel Aviv, an LLM from the Bar-Ilan University and is a Certified Public Accountant.   Back to Leadership Team
