Working with Academia
At the Microsoft - Israel R&D Center, we like to stay well connected to our University Communities, so you will see us visiting campuses during the year. We do this because graduates entering the workplace are the very people who will shape the Software industry and Microsoft's future direction. As you enter the Software industry workforce for the first time, you will be given the opportunity to learn, to gain insight, to have fun and, most importantly, get hands-on experience solving real problems on real projects.

At Microsoft, we look for highly energetic people with initiative and drive; people who are smart and practical in their area. Our current Interns and new college graduates came from Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Software Engineering. Good grades are important, but the most important talents we seek from our College and Internship applicants include genuine passion and curiosity about technology, creative thinking and the desire to work hard alongside some great minds in the industry

So if you want to have a direct impact on how technology helps people around the world, we want to know about you. There are many ways to get our attention, but attending a Microsoft recruiting event on your campus or sending a resume to the jobs mail, are two of the best.
