David Iseminger is an independent consultant for Microsoft and has worked on Microsoft Windows NT® and Windows® 2000 (since Windows NT 3.5) as a networking and router performance analyst, telecommunications specialist, and performance tool developer. He currently works with the Developer Documentation Group as a programming writer, creating and maintaining many of MSDN’s established and emerging networking technologies, including Quality of Service. He is the author of many of their computer books and reference collections. A graduate of the University of Washington, David lives in the Puget Sound area of Washington State.
