Don Gilbert is a technical writer and author whose writing has appeared in several Microsoft Press® books, in product documentation for Microsoft and Hewlett Packard, and in magazine and Web articles. He most recently authored Small Business Solutions for Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional (Microsoft Press, 2000) and has been writing about software for both developer and end-user audiences for more than a decade.
Julia Kelly is a writer, teacher, and consultant for desktop applications, including Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Publisher, and Outlook. She’s taught classroom courses in Excel at major corporations, and teaches all of these applications to clients on an individual level. In addition, she develops Access applications that include invoicing and database applications for business clients and high-level horse-show-management databases. She has written more than20 business application books and taught several classes on business applications.
