Scott Clark has been the director of Peter Norton's series of computer books for more than a decade. He has written two editions of the best-selling Inside the PC, and he has contributed to or written many other titles, including the recent New Inside the PC and The Effective Executive's Guide to Microsoft Access. He has taught classes on Windows, the Internet, and Web site design at Fullerton College in California, and he is recognized for his ability to make technology accessible to readers at all levels.
