Citizenship at Microsoft
In 1975 Microsoft was an unknown software company with a single product and the
promise of delivering on a new way of computing. We have since grown to become one
of the largest companies in the world. As we grow, so does our responsibility to
contribute positively to society on a global scale.
At the heart of our commitment is our passion for empowering youth to imagine and
realize their full potential. Our support for We Day is part of Microsoft YouthSpark,
our global, companywide initiative to create opportunities for 300 million youth
