We are proud to work with tens of thousands of nonprofits around the world every year to provide them with affordable access to the technology they need to support their work in local communities.
Microsoft is helping to empower youth with tools, software and training, ensuring they can learn and thrive in practical as well as imaginative ways. Since the inception of the Club Tech program in 2000, Boys & Girls Clubs have received more than $90 million worth of Microsoft-donated software and more than 7,000 Club members have participated in technology training.
At Microsoft, we believe technology can do amazing things. That’s why we donate, on average, $1 million dollars a day in software to nonprofits around the world. In the hands of nonprofit organizations, technology can boost productivity, increase effectiveness through better collaboration, and extend services to new communities and individuals in need. Moreover, technology can be a powerful force that opens exciting opportunities for nonprofits to better achieve their missions and accelerate their impact.
Microsoft has the technology and resources to empower nonprofits to do more. Whether your favorite cause is a small organization serving a single community or a global nonprofit serving millions of people, Microsoft can support through software donations, training and monetary grants.
Nonprofit ResourcesAt Microsoft, we view our relationship with nonprofits as a long-term investment, and we are continuously evolving our strategic partnerships to reflect current trends and needs. We are partnering with these organizations to help nonprofits adopt and use technology for good:
