How do I use the Gaming Toggle in a game?

Gaming Toggle lets you record and play back up to two favorite key sequences while in a game. These sequences help with repetitive tasks and sequences that are long or difficult to run. To use Gaming Toggle, you must first record an assignment.

Recording a Gaming Toggle assignment

  1. In Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, locate your device and then select Gaming Toggle to assign it to a button.
  2. Open the application or game where you want to record the assignment.
  3. Press and hold the button assigned to Gaming Toggle for one second to start record mode.
  4. Continue to hold the button while you type the key sequence or key combination you want. You can enter up to 64 key presses.
  5. When you have finished recording, release the button.
  6. To record a second game key sequence, repeat this procedure.

Play back a Gaming Toggle assignment

  2. If you recorded two game key sequences, press the button again to switch between the two.
