	Francois Bonin Visual Developer - Visual C# Language: English Francois Bonin is the co-founder and a principal consultant of Synapses Ltd., a Software company based in Accra, Ghana that provides consulting and developer services across Africa. An award-winning Software architect, he is a member of the Architecture review board of TopCoder Software, a USA company specialising in selecting and working with the most highly skilled developers in the world. He takes great pride in helping customers realise the potential of modern Software development platforms and also trains developers to build and deliver quality applications. He has authored many articles on Software development and is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in Visual C#.
	Edgar Okioga Visual Developer - Visual Basic Language: English Edgar works for the World food Programme as a Database Analyst. His core tasks revolve round building VB.NET and ASP.NET applications using VB.NET language. The applications he builds are used for optimization of WFP's work processes ranging from logistics and needs assessment to food optimization. He also works with GIS, as well as script GIS analysis routines on occasion and is currently enrolled at the University of Nairobi, studying towards a postgraduate degree in information management.
