Microsoft Dynamics Support Team Delivered Partner Inventory Costing Training Session to Rave Reviews

Session Trainer, Mr. Geoff McMaster, Escalation Engineer, Microsoft Dynamics AX Support for APGC & Japan

In late 2008, Microsoft’s Dynamics Support team led by Geoff MacMaster (AX Senior Support Escalation Engineer), and coordinated by Services Account Manager George Nikolovski, delivered the AX Inventory Workshop to rave partner reviews. Aimed at expanding the Partners’ depth of knowledge, in both existing and new functionality in AX, this one-day intensive program is a refresher of existing AX Inventory Costing functionality as well as detailed discussion on new costing functionality in AX2009. Attendees were Costing specialists from various AX Partners. Trainer Geoff used Powerpoint-led discussion of each key part of functionality, with a lot of interaction, answering the numerous questions asked and discussed throughout the session.

This was also an opportunity for our Dynamics AX team to share observations of various problems faced by Partners, what has worked well, its challenges, and tips for continuous AX improvement to avoid future problems.
