Keynote
How your people communicate should be pervasive throughout applications that they already use; connecting their phone, IM, email and conferencing needs with their colleagues, teams and external parties.
The opening address will explain Microsoft’s vision for software-enabled VoIP and explain the path your organisation can take to get there. This is followed by a demonstration highlighting how these modes of communications can coexist in business processes using Microsoft® Office Communications Server 2007, Microsoft® Exchange Server 2007 and with new hardware devices. Next, a panel of customers talk about their experience on the Unified Communications journey, and how the technology has changed the way their users interact.
