And we believe that every individual should have the opportunity to have access to basic resources - resources that enable people to learn more, see more and do more. Ultimately, we aim to inspire people to be the best they can be.

Microsoft employees are encouraged to make a difference personally. Every employee is entitled to three days volunteering leave annually, they are entitled to donate software to non-profit organisations and have the option to join a salary sacrifice program where Microsoft matches their donation.
