CustomerSource named one of top 10 international support sites

CustomerSource, a Web site for Microsoft Dynamics customers, was selected as one of the top 10 international support sites by the Localization Industry Standards Association (LISA) and the Association of Support Professionals (ASP) in 2006. This inaugural honor is an extension of the ASP's own 10 Best awards competition, which CustomerSource won in 1998 and 2002. This site, which has also been awarded four Software Support Professionals Association STAR awards, continues to be a valuable benefit to Microsoft Dynamics customers enrolled in a service plan.

The LISA award application highlighted CustomerSource's self-support and assisted-support features available in 12 languages to customer relationship management (CRM) customers. Judges scored the entries based on 25 criteria in the following categories: Overall usability and quality, knowledge base and search implementation, interactive features, personalization and locale-specific adaptation, and localization process. Other notable companies that received this award were Dell, Hewlett-Packard (HP), and Sony.
