How much does it cost?
Microsoft Live@edu is available to your institution at no additional charge; although you may decide to deploy it in conjunction with Microsoft software to manage the provisioning process.
What software do I need to get started?
There are three ways to get started:
- eduExpress: a Windows-based application that is simple to use.
- An API that lets you automatically upload student details to Windows Live Services.
- Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager (ILM): available at special prices for Live@edu deployments.
Is there advertising?
Advertising is suppressed for currently enrolled students of colleges and universities for Windows Live Mail.
