For each licensed copy of Microsoft Office, the primary user of the computer on or from which the product is run may also run a second copy from either a laptop or desktop computer that he/she owns/leases. The software may be used only for work-related purposes and only during the term of the agreement (including any renewals). These Work at Home licences do not apply to students unless the student is also an employee.

Campus Agreement and School Agreement Work at Home Licences

Work at Home licences for Campus Agreement and School Agreement customers are available for all application, system and CAL products that you license at no extra cost. You can order Work at Home licences when completing your annual software order.

You must make reasonable efforts to ensure that faculty, staff or other employee users delete and remove such copies from their computers at the end of the agreement term. To help you communicate these requirements to your users, sample Work at Home acceptance forms are available for download on the right-hand side of this page.
