Gold Certified Partners
Microsoft Gold Certified Partners are our elite business partners. These organisations are fully certified in one or more Microsoft competency, and are able to provide customers with particularly advanced knowledge and skills in line with their area of solution expertise. All Gold Certified Partners must employ at least two Microsoft Certified Professionals within their team – or must have at least one accredited software solution. Gold Certified Partners have the closest working relationship with Microsoft, and receive the highest levels of Microsoft support and consultation.
Certified Partners
Certified Partners have also undergone considerable testing and evaluation – enabling them to offer clients a high degree of knowledge and expertise regarding a range of Microsoft technology. Certified Partners must employ at least two Microsoft Certified Professionals within their team – or must have at least one accredited software solution. Partners at this level demonstrate proficiency in at least oneMicrosoft competency.
Small Business Specialists
These are partners who have proven ability in providing solutions for small businesses using Microsoft technologies. Small Business Specialists understand the dynamics and demands of the small business market, as well as the benefits of specific software solutions. These Partners are also experienced in the Microsoft Genuine Windows Advantage program, and in the appropriate software licensing programs for the small business market. To become a Small Business Specialist, Partners must take several exams that test their ability to provide Microsoft solutions to the small business market.
Registered Partners
The Microsoft Registered Member community is a task-force of IT providers who are part of the Microsoft Partner Program at foundation level. Many of these organisations have developed their expertise and the use of Microsoft technology within their solutions. Many Registered Partners also employ Microsoft Certified Professional product experts.
