When technology is evolving at a furious rate, the digital divide between the technology literate and uneducated can grow just as quickly. Microsoft is committed to overcoming the barriers to engaging with, and benefiting from technology, so individuals can reach their true potential.
For over 20 years, Microsoft and its community partners, under the Unlimited Potential Program have been committed to help create jobs and opportunities for less fortunate Australians. Microsoft teams up with The Smith Family, Yarnteen, WorkVentures and the Australian Seniors Computer Club Association in 290 Community Technology Skills centres located around the country, to offer free IT skills training to Australians who need it the most regardless of age, education, location or socio-economic status.
