SYDNEY, Australia, Thursday, August 14, 2003
Australian IT solutions provider, Clariti, has achieved the highest level of Microsoft certification, Gold Certified Partner status, in Enterprise Systems. This certification recognises Clariti's success in the design, implementation and delivery of infrastructure, security, and server-based solutions to its enterprise & government customer base.
Based in Queensland and established in 1999, Clariti is already an existing Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Security Solutions and has experienced considerable growth from a two to 25 person operation in the past four years. The company also employs an additional 20 employees who operate offshore at Clariti's Fijian office.
Clariti's chief executive officer, Bruce McCurdy, believes this certification will enhance Clariti's reputation as a player in the IT solutions sector. "We have grown rapidly in the last few years and this certification validates the commitment we have made to raise the bar on IT service delivery. Microsoft's recognition opens a new level of client opportunity for us by aligning our core competencies with the most recognised and respected partner accreditations.
"Accreditation is important to Clariti, as it gives us a distinct competitive edge and opens doors that may have otherwise been closed to the company. The certification strengthens our relationship with Microsoft and offers a platform from which we can continue to push the barriers of customer service in the management of enterprise systems and security solutions," McCurdy said.
The Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Program for Enterprise Systems identifies Microsoft Certified Partners who focus on large-scale enterprise deployments, as well as complex server design, and migration planning projects. Microsoft Certified Partners who qualify for this category have a proven history and skill set to architect, design, and plan for enterprise deployments utilising Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000 Server or Windows Server 2003 software and/or Exchange Server 2000. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners for Enterprise Systems also need to demonstrate proficiency and skills in utilising Active Directory Design Services for customers.
"Gold Partner Certification is achieved by certified partners who illustrate a strong commitment to progressing industry standards in delivering end-user solutions," said Kerstin Baxter, partner group director at Microsoft Australia. "Clariti has a proven track record in delivering high quality IT service solutions to customers, as their success with many enterprise customers illustrates. We were particularly impressed with Clariti's infrastructure competence and its integration capacity in all business types from SMEs to large corporations."
