Microsoft Australia appoints Competitive Strategy Manager

Microsoft Australia today announced the appointment of Martin Gregory to the role of Australian Competitive Strategy Manager.
Bringing with him more than 13 years experience with Microsoft, Mr. Gregory's primary role will be to work with stakeholders including customers, partners, government and media, to demonstrate the value of the Windows platform and Microsoft's dedication to continuous innovation. Mr. Gregory will develop and implement competitive strategies to achieve these goals across all of Microsoft's business in Australia.
Prior to relocating to Sydney in October 2002, Mr. Gregory worked for Microsoft in the United Kingdom and most recently managed the Embedded System Group for Microsoft in Northern Europe. In this role he worked with a range of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and service providers including, Nokia, Pace and Orange. Prior to this he held other positions including: Internet Platforms Product Manager; OEM Business Manager; Windows Product Manager and Senior Systems Engineer.
