Scams target you - protect yourself

Every year 1 in 20 Australians will fall victim to a scam. Some scams are easy to spot, and others aren’t. In fact, many people don’t know they’re being ‘scammed’ until it’s too late. However, with the right information and the right software, it’s easy to keep your information and your family safe from online predators. For a start, it’s important to stay up to date with the latest scams so you know what to look for. You can get all the latest information on the Federal Government’s official SCAM website, and find out how to protect yourself from online scams.
