Microsoft Architect Forum Conference
On June 17th 2010 we celebrate the 10th anniversary and the 30th Architect Forum

Welcome to the official conference-home of our Architect Forum Conference 2010, the first conference for software- and IT-architects in the history of Microsoft Austria.

The Architect forum is an established platform for pragmatic, easy and respectful experience exchange and open discussions for software architects and a unique possibility for getting latest information on Microsoft’s mid- and long-term strategies at an architectural level.

On June 17th 2010 the Austrian Architect Forum and our architect community celebrates the 10th anniversary with its 30th forum-event. Together with you – our architect-community – we celebrate these anniversaries with the first architecture-conference in the history of Microsoft Austria.

Open Space Discussions

This will be one of the first large conferences in Austria with Open Space discussions as a primary part. Open Space discussions will be organized the following way at the conference – so be prepared to bring your discussion topics with you to get the best out of open space and of the massive experience by all attendees and top-speakers!

  • After the key note you will be able to nominate topics by writing/pinning them on a white board in the key-note room.
  • Other attendees will vote by simply putting counter-lines on each topic pinned onto the white board.
  • During the lunch break we will take the most-voted discussions and distributed them across reserved rooms for open space discussions.
  • You should be prepared to participate in the open space discussion you proposed, explain your discussion topic and then start discussing with the others.
