Arturo Toledo, Microsoft Corporation Redmond
Arturo Toledo is the UX Technical Product Manager at Redmond. He is responsible for producing UX and Designer training resources for customers and field as well as helping the training partner ecosystem grow.
Arturo studied architecture at La Salle University in Mexico City, did additional media and visualization studies at the University of Arizona. Post graduation, Arturo applied his multimedia design and development skills and founded Milton.
August de Los Reyes, Microsoft Corporation Redmond
August de los Reyes is the Principal Design Director for Microsoft Surface whose team is dedicated to pioneering intuitive ways to interact with technology. De los Reyes is a member of the Advanced Studies Program at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design where he received an MDesS with Distinction in product design through which he explored the relationship of emotion and design intent.
He was a visiting associate at the University of Oxford, a visiting lecturer at University of Washington, and a 2009 juror of the International Design Excellence Awards. He is researching his next book entitled The Poetics of Everyday Objects.
Brad Abrams, Microsoft Corporation Redmond
Brad Abrams was a founding member of both the Common Language Runtime, and .NET Framework teams at Microsoft Corporation where he is currently the Product Unit Manager of the Application Framework team which is responsible for delivering the developer platform that powers Rich Internet Applications and core innovations in the .NET Framework. Specific technologies owned by this team include parts of Silverlight, the Managed Extensibility Framework.
Brad has been designing parts of the .NET Framework since 1998 when he started his framework design career building the BCL (Base Class Library). Brad was also the lead editor on the Common Language Specification (CLS), the .NET Framework Design Guidelines and the libraries in the ECMA\ISO CLI Standard.

Johannes Kebeck, Microsoft EMEA
Johannes Kebeck covers Microsoft’s geospatial technologies and supports customers and partners in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He is currently based in Reading, UK and has over 14 years experience in the GI/GIS market. In October 2004 Johannes joined Microsoft in Germany working within the Enterprise Product Group and in 2005 he joined the Bing Maps team. Before specialising on Microsoft’s geospatial products and services, he had experience with various GIS, spatial databases, relational database management systems, workflow management, collaboration products and IT security.
Simon Guest, Microsoft Corporation Redmond
Simon Guest is the Senior Director of Technical Strategy in the Developer and Platform Evangelism (DPE) group at Microsoft, responsible for helping developers worldwide deliver practical and elegant solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Since joining Microsoft in 2001, Simon has led the Microsoft Platform Architecture Team, acted as Editor-in-Chief of the Microsoft Architecture Journal, pioneered the area of .NET and Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) interoperability, worked with customers on mission critical .NET solutions, and has been a regular speaker at many conferences worldwide, including PDC, TechEd, and JavaOne.
Before joining Microsoft, and with over 18 years in the IT industry, Simon held architect-level positions at many organizations, including Zoho Corporation, a Silicon Valley startup; Conchango, a UK based consultancy; and Herbert Smith, a leading law firm in the UK. He also worked for several years at GEC in its semiconductor manufacturing division.
Simon was born in England, and has been living in the U.S. for approximately eight years. He holds a Masters Degree in IT Security from the University of Westminster, London, and a Higher National Certificate in Software Engineering from Plymouth College. Simon is the author of numerous technical articles and books about Java, Microsoft .NET, and Web technologies, as well as maintaining a blog at http://simonguest.com.
Mario Szpuszta, Architect Evangelist, Microsoft Österreich
Mario Szpuszta arbeitet als Solutions Architect in der Developer & Platform Group bei Microsoft Österreich und unterstützt Software Architekten der Top-15-Kunden beim Einsatz neuer Technologien und Konzepte im Rahmen strategischer Projekte. Mario hat sich schon immer auf die Microsoft-Plattform konzentriert und ist bereits mit den ersten Beta-Versionen in die Welt von Microsoft .NET eingestiegen.
In den vergangenen Jahren hat er sich vor allem mit Konzepten, Patterns und Umsetzungsstrategien zu den Themen Sicherheit in der Software-Entwicklung, Web-Entwicklung mit ASP.NET, Web Services sowie Interoperabilität und Integration von Microsoft Office Clients und Server in eigene Anwendungen auseinandergesetzt.
