Mike Resseler

Mike Resseler is mainly focused on the entire System Center suite, combined with the MOF and IO framework. He has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. He is a Senior Technical Consultant for Infront Consulting where he focuses on delivering projects with added value, and share his knowledge with the customers through training sessions and on-the-job training. He blogs for the System Center User Group Belgium (http://scug.be) and presents on many occasions about the system center products.

Corey Hynes

Corey is an infrastructure consultant specializing in the design and implementation if networks that make use of Microsoft products and technologies.  Corey works very closely with the Windows Server product team on the design of many product hands-on labs, demos, and training materials.  

David Allen

David has worked in the IT industry for over ten years, starting as a first line support analyst and working up to his current role as a Principal Consultant for Infront Consulting Group.  David actively consults to large organizations helping them architect, implement, configure and customize System Center technologies integrating them into their business processes. David has spoken on System Center topics at industry events such as MMS and TechEd. David enjoys developing training materials on the applications that he consults on and regularly delivers this training around the world for large enterprise customers. Clare Henry

Clare Henry,  is the Director of Technical Product Marketing for the Management and Security Group with the Server and Tools business.   In her current role, Clare helps drive the technical scenarios and technical readiness for Microsoft’s Private Cloud and Hybrid management strategies. 
Clare has been deeply involved in IT Service Management both as a contributor and practitioner.  She was the lead architect and author for Microsoft Operations Framework, MOF 4.0. holds an ITIL Master Certificate  and was a contributor to CoBiT 4.0.  She worked with large enterprises helping shape and automate their service management processes combining Microsoft technologies and process standards.   Currently, she helps ensure IT Service Management  concepts are automated and orchestrated within the Microsoft Cloud and Management product suites.  
Before joining the management and security product group, Clare spent over 10 years in the US subsidiary, both in field sales and consulting.  In her field role, she was a managing consultant.   Her team was responsible for delivering successful implementations and management practices for Microsoft enterprise products, such as Windows Server, Exchange and WEB applications.  During this time, Clare successfully helped retail, healthcare and manufacturing customers transform their Bricks and Mortar business models to the Internet. 

Vittorio Bertocci

Vittorio is a Senior Architect Evangelist in the Windows Azure Platform Evangelism team with Microsoft Corp. After four years in the Italian Microsoft Consulting Services, Vittorio moved to the U.S. headquarters in Redmond, where he has spent the past four years helping customers deploy solutions based on identity and access management, SOA, and services. He currently focuses on all things identity, working with the developer’s community, large enterprises and partners. Vittorio is a published author; he frequently speaks about identity at international conferences and maintains a popular blog at http://blogs.msdn.com/vbertocci.

Adam is the Technical Product Manager (TPM) for Opalis. Opalis is an IT Automation and Orchestration solution, providing integration across the entire Datacenter.

Kim Oppalfens

Kim Oppalfens is an MCT that was awarded MVP begin April 2005. He is the business owner of OSCC (Oppalfens System Center Consultancy).

As an industry expert Kim is a frequent speaker and ask-the-expert guest at both national and international events. Additionally he is a technology enthusiast, and as such can be often found assisting others in public forums, or playing around in his own well-equipped “Best practices lab” were new ideas and new products are tested on a regular basis. Currently he is working on SCCMAutoDoc a program to Automagically document an SCCM Site’s configuration.

OSCC is a consultancy firm specializing in projects in the systems management area, and has build references ranging from fairly small companies to some of the biggest companies in Belgium. OSCC focuses on projects in the entire lifecycle of systems management, and hence its name in the System Center product portfolio.

Technology Advisor - Microsoft
 Ilse Van Criekinge has recently joined Microsoft as a Technology Advisor - Microsoft Unified Communications. Before that she worked as an ICT Trainer and Consultant for Global Knowledge. Being an MCT, Ilse has offered several companies guidance in their Exchange and MOM deployments, as well as auditing the disaster recovery capabilities in their mail environment. During the last couple of years she has ignited many IT Professionals with the power of Exchange and OCS, by delivering training and by co-founding a new user group Pro-Exchange in Belgium, focused on Microsoft Unified Communications. Ilse has held the Exchange MVP award for three years since April 2007. Ilse has co-authored an Exchange Exam Prep Guide, written Sapien's Exchange Management Shell: TFM book.
