1  Choose a compatible device

Microsoft maintains a list of hardware devices that manufacturers have verified as being compatible with Microsoft Dynamics RMS. (If your device is not listed, you might be able to get information about its compatibility on the Microsoft Dynamics RMS newsgroup.)
