It's available now to U.S. retailers who use Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS) to help make point of sale payments easier for your customers and your staff.

What services does Chase Paymentech charge for?
Chase Paymentech will charge you for the processing of bankcards and authorization of non-bankcards.

How quickly will I get an authorization response through Chase Paymentech?
Chase Paymentech offers a variety of connectivity tools to improve your response times.  Authorizations can be achieved in as fast as one or two seconds.

How long after I close out my batch will I have access to my funds?
Chase Paymentech settles transactions via Automatic Clearing House ACH.  Funds typically reach the merchant’s bank account in two business days.

When are fees debited from my account?
In most cases deposits are made for the full transaction amount and expenses are deducted on the first of the following month.  This practice makes account reconciliation less tasking.

What types of reports will I recieve?
Chase Paymentech offers hard copy statements. Plus, customers can access their statements on Chase Paymentech's web site.

How do I sign up?
If you're not yet using Microsoft Dynamics RMS, choose the most convenient way to contact us for information. If you're already using or implementing Microsoft Dynamics RMS, follow the instructions below to begin benefiting from streamlined point-of-sale processes and integrated card transactions with Chase Paymentech.

If you already process transactions through Chase Paymentech, simply call (1) (888) 213-8419 to inform the Chase Paymentech representative that you have acquired Microsoft Dynamics RMS and would like to be set up for comprehensive card processing.  Shortly after your call you will be faxed and mailed a Welcome Kit from Chase Paymentech with the information you need to start processing transactions.

If you do not currently process transactions through Chase Paymentech, you will need to complete and submit an application form in order for Chase Paymentech to initiate the account setup process.  You can either download the Chase Paymentech Application Form and fax it to (1) (214) 849-3645 or call (1) (800) 280-7602 to request it by fax or e-mail.  Once your application has been approved, you will be faxed and mailed a Welcome Kit from Chase Paymentech with the information you need to start processing transactions.

Once I'm signed up, how do I get Microsoft Dynamics RMS activated to start processing payments?

You will receive a letter from Chase Paymentech with information needed to activate payments on Microsoft Dynamics RMS.  With this information, your Microsoft Partner can assist you in activating Microsoft Dynamics RMS payments.  Microsoft is also available to support you or your Microsoft Partner should you need assistance with the activation.
