
The Statement of Cash Flows provides information about your company's cash receipts and cash payments over a defined period, such as a month. This report enables you to compare your company's cash balance at the beginning of the month to its cash balance at the end. Microsoft Small Business Financials allows you to easily create, modify, print, or export such a report. This page explains how. You can use the Financial Reports Setup window in Microsoft Small Business Financials to create or modify the Statement of Cash Flows, add one or more of the optional columns to the statement, and change the report's layout. To create a monthly Statement of Cash Flows, follow these steps: 1. | On the Accounting menu, click Reports. To modify a monthly Statement of Cash Flows, follow these steps: 1. | On the Tools menu, click Advanced Financial Report Layout to open the Advanced Financial Reports window. | 2. | Select Monthly Cash Flows from the list of reports, and then click Open. | 3. | Click Layout. | 4. | Modify or create the necessary columns. | 5. | On the File menu, click Save. |
To print or export a monthly Statement of Cash Flows, follow these steps: 1. | On the Accounting menu, click Reports. | 2. | From the Reports list, select Monthly Cash Flows, and then click Options. | 3. | To create a report option, enter or select an option name.
