You are responsible for your own flight arrangements to and from the event.

Business casual is suggested for all meeting sessions. We suggest you bring a light jacket with you.

How can I update information on my registration?

If you need to update or change information on your registration please contact Anne Murakami at v-anmur@microsoft.com.

How do I get to the hotel?

You are responsible for your transportation from the airport. Please consult your confirmation letter for additional details. Driving directions from Vancouver Airport to the Sheraton Vancouver hotel are also available on this site under Driving Directions.

How do I stay in touch with my office?

Wireless access is available for use during conference breaks.

How will I know if my registration is complete?

You will receive a confirmation email regarding the Canadian Strategic Architect Forum 2008 within 48 hours of your registration.

What if I have special needs?

What if I need to cancel my hotel reservation?

To cancel hotel reservations, email reservations@wallcentre.com or call 1-800-325-3535. Cancellations for hotels are available up until March 16th 2007. After this date, you must contact the hotel directly to make any changes.

What if I need to cancel my attendance to the conference?

If you need to cancel your registration and open up spots for other attendees, please email Anne Murakami at v-anmur@microsoft.com.

What is the emergency contact information while I am at this event?

Please contact the Sheraton at 1-800-325-3535. They will pass all messages on to the onsite Microsoft representative for immediate distribution.

What is the cost of the Forum?

If you have received an invitation via email, you will be Microsoft's guest, including all registration and conference fees. Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the conference on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at the Sheraton Vancouver. Shuttles will also be provided at no cost to and from the evening event. There will be an offsite event on April 18 and a cocktail reception at the Sheraton April 19. Both evenings will include heavy appetizers and beverages. You are responsible for your air travel, your transfer to the hotel, your hotel accommodations and incidental hotel expenses.
