Purpose / Objective:

The Small Business Specialist Award recognizes a member of the Microsoft Small Business Specialist Community in Canada who has demonstrated innovation for deploying a Microsoft-based small business solution (fewer than 50 employees or fewer than 25 PCs) with a tangible impact on the customer’s business.

Target Audience / Eligibility:

All Canadian Registered and Certified Partners enrolled in the Microsoft Partner Program.

Submissions will be judged through an online system by a selected Microsoft Committee and scored based on the evaluation criteria listed.

Evaluation Criteria:

Technology partner has demonstrated successful implementation of solutions that address unique challenges faced by small business customers.

The ideal solution involves a full range of Microsoft products that provide a meaningful and measurable impact on the small business customer’s business.

Small business customer has fewer than 50 employees or fewer than 25 PCs included in the solution.

Technology partner has demonstrated involvement in the technology partner community as well as their local small business community.
